Russell Tobin & Associates is proud to partner with a leading global e-commerce and cloud services organization (hint: they power your favorite next-day deliveries and innovative cloud solutions!). We’re assisting their team in finding a talented and experienced Marketing Manager II to support strategic marketing campaigns for their Partner Marketing team.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll collaborate with integrated marketing, product marketing, business development, and content teams to execute global B2B marketing strategies designed to drive awareness and demand generation. This position is onsite hybrid, requiring three days a week in the San Diego office.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to create a compelling buyer journey with multiple touchpoints.

Support customer acquisition efforts through process optimization, metrics reporting, testing frameworks, and quantitative modeling for scenario planning.

Collaborate with internal teams (Product Marketing, Business Development, Content Marketing) to develop messaging and content that resonates with global audiences.

Establish campaign KPIs and success metrics aligned with business goals and constraints.

Work closely with business intelligence teams to define ongoing campaign reporting.

Manage external agencies for campaign deliverables (copy, imagery, and creative assets).

Stay current on digital demand generation trends and best practices.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with expertise in strategy, tactics, and metrics for demand generation.

5+ years of experience across digital marketing channels, including email automation, site merchandising, SEO/PPC, display/retargeting, and social media.

2+ years of experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.

Strong preference for candidates with B2B tech marketing experience in DevOps or business applications.

Typical Day:

Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday).

Manage multiple marketing programs and campaigns.

Regular interaction with internal stakeholders (marketers, business development teams) and external agency partners.

Approximately 60% campaign planning and execution, 20% reporting/analytics, and 20% stakeholder management.
