Account/Product Support – Operations Processor Contract NEW

Russell Tobin is seeking a skilled professional to work at our client’s location as an Operations Processer. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the industry. The position is a 6-month contract role that could be extended or go permanent for the right candidate.

Job Title:  Operations Processor

Pay: $27.00 /hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm

Location: St Paul, MN ( HYBRID – 3 DAYS PER WEEK REQUIRED IN OFFICE)

 Responsibilities:

• Responsible for validating data, testing system upgrades, new releases and new applications for the business line and complete activities prior to conversions / upgrades.
• Research and resolution of system issues related to daily processing activities and completion of system related maintenance.
• Responsible for defining and performing systems analysis and development tasks to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Makes recommendations to standardize procedures and processes or improve existing technology.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate Degree
• Analytical ability, Attention to detail, and good communication skills
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
