Title: Healthcare Technology Recruiter

Location: Telecommuter (Preference for Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zones)

Pay: $40 - $50 per hour

Contract Type: W2 Contract, 6 months

Job Description: We are seeking a mid-level Healthcare Technology Recruiter with a proven track record in full life cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of overall recruiting experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on technology roles. This position requires strong consultative skills to effectively partner with hiring managers and deliver top talent to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for healthcare technology roles.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.

• Provide expert consultation and market insights to hiring teams for effective decision-making.

• Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship management.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical roles.

• Strong experience in healthcare technology recruitment preferred.

• Proven ability to work independently in a telecommuter role.

• Exceptional communication and consultative skills.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
