Sr Software Dev Engineer Contract

Responsibilities:
Design and develop highly scalable web applications primarily using ASP.NET MVC framework. Work with .Net open source frameworks, including .Net Core to develop large scale, multi-tier and distributed applications with emphasis on performance and scalability  
End-to-end development of new product features from concept to deployment.  
Work with other business stakeholders in order to gather business requirements and implement solutions that follows industry standards.  

Skills and Qualifications:

– At least 5-10 years of work experience in software development with .NET framework 
– Open mind towards open source technologies yet strong base in Microsoft technical stack
– Excellent knowledge and work experience on designing and developing complex software applications
– Experience working in SOA technologies and developing RESTful APIs
– Knowledge of Design Patterns
– Experience with MS SQL server is required
– Experience with Agile software engineering processes and methodologies
– Experience in OO Design Principles and design patterns
– Knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodologies (SCRUM/SAFE
