Russell Tobin is seeking a Principal 360 Recruiter to join our team in Rotterdam, Holland. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients, particularly in the Finance and IT industries, as well as selling our services to newly identified clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and partner with them to deliver exceptional candidates.

The Opportunity

  • Initiate pre-screening phone calls with candidates.
  • Recruit prospects in the life sciences field for our existing pipeline of business.
  • Help to build a strong pipeline of Tier 1 talent.
  • Track, organize, and update new and existing candidates.
  • Organize and prepare candidates for 1st round interviews.
  • Identify new business including new recruitment opportunities with our existing clients, or recruitment opportunities with new clients.
  • Lead business development efforts to bring on new clients
  • Oversee account management of clients, from taking job orders, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, closing deals and ballooning accounts
  • Foster relationships with both candidates and clients and building a relevant, useful network.
  • Build your own sustainable pipeline of business through client visits, networking events, candidate marketing, and referral generation.
  • Manage the full-cycle of recruitment from candidate identification to candidate offer, negotiation, and placement.
  • Consult clients on the market, the search, and interview process as well as offer management.

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience performing business development/recruiting within the staffing industry.
  • Foundational knowledge of Finance and/or IT industries.
  • Strong and clear communication style and skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and balance constantly shifting priorities.

The target salary for this role ranges from 45,000 to 55,000 euros per year plus variable incentives. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
