A Closer Look at Our Clients' Successful Outcome
With 2022 on the horizon, Meta needed additional recruiting support to hit their ambitious hiring targets. Initially, they only requested Russell Tobin’s help with sourcing and top-of-funnel support, but our hybrid program quickly evolved to full lifecycle support for in-demand areas, including a full Embedded Partnership to grow the company’s recruiting capabilities. Our initial goal? 250 OAs by January 1, 2022.
The Embedded Partnerships team kicked off their efforts in June 2021, starting with six core members. The whole team was co-branded as Meta, joining the company’s ATS and internal systems at the same time they completed Meta’s training.
We scaled our efforts to 55 team members as we grew to encompass NORAM Legal, EMEA R4R, and APAC R4R in addition to existing efforts with Meta’s SWE, product, and business departments.
The original core team played a vital role in providing thorough training for newly onboarded recruiters, paving the way for the program’s success and scalability.
Our bespoke contract empowered Meta to scale up or pull back our efforts as needed, without any long-term obligations, to allow the company to maximize the cost-effectiveness of our partnership.
